Your Consumer Rights (Australia)
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), consumers have guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that goods are of acceptable quality, match descriptions and are fit for purpose.
- If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the problem.
- We will not limit your rights under the ACL. For more help, visit the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) website.
- Complaints can be escalated to a relevant external dispute resolution body if needed.
